What is telehealth?

Hannibal Regional Medical Group offers Telehealth Services, allowing patients to virtually connect with their provider to receive care.  Telehealth allows patients to access medical expertise quickly, efficiently and without travel.

Who is eligible for telehealth?

  • You may be seen for any reason, not just a COVID-19 related illness.  Contact your provider's office if you are not sure your concern can be resolved through a telehealth visit.
  • You need to have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a web-cam and audio capability, or a landline telephone.

How do I schedule a telehealth visit?

  1. Call (800) 845-7407 to schedule a telehealth visit.
  2. Once a visit is scheduled, you will receive a link to the virtual waiting room via email or text message.
  3. Please login 5 minutes early to make sure your internet connection works.

Will my insurance cover a telehealth visit?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many insurance providers are waiving co-pays.  If your insurance provider does not cover your visit, or if you do not have insurance, you will be charged $50 for the visit.  Please contact your insurance provider for coverage information.

Here are the steps you need to complete before your telehealth visit:
