How to Contact Guest Services
Our Guest Services team is available at the hospital entrance and the Hannibal Regional Medical Group entrance.
Hospital Location:
Available Monday - Friday from 5:30 am - 5:00 pm. To contact a member of Guest Services at the hospital entrance call 573-248-5276.
Medical Group Location:
Available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. To contact Guest Services at Hannibal Regional Medical Group call 573-629-3307.
Shuttle Service
Hannibal Regional Auxiliary operates a Shuttle Service to assist patients and visitors to the entrance from their vehicle. The Shuttle Service is available Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Call a driver at 573-822-2327.
